Registration and Admission

REGISTRATION:

Admission is offered to students of all communities, without distinction of caste, creed, colour or religion in Convent of Jesus & Mary, Waverley, Mussoorie.

Registration entitles a student to appear for the Entrance Test and does not guarantee admission.

Admissions are finalized on the basis of the child's performance in the Entrance Test.

REGISTRATION FOR CLASSES I TO IX:

Our registration process is entirely online. The following documents are required for registration:

  • A recent passport-size photograph each of the child, father, and mother in .jpeg format.
  • A copy of the Birth certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation or Gram-Panchayat will be considered.
  • Scanned copy of the Aadhar Card of the child.
  • Aadhar Card & PAN details of Parents.
  • There will be a general paper in subject English and Mathematics as per the current class of the child.
  • Our school is CBSE pattern. School does not provide any syllabus.
  • Registration fee is Rs. 5500/-
  • Please don't forget to mention the e-mail id on the registration form. The Entrance test date will be sent through mail.

REGISTRATION FOR CLASS XI:

Students who are coming from other schools will have their Entrance Test.

The Entrance Test is held every year by end of March after the Board Exams.

The registration form should include:

The session commences in April every year.

STREAMS AVAILABLE ARE:

SCIENCE, COMMERCE, HUMANITIES

SCIENCE STREAM – English Core, Physics, Chemistry

OPTIONAL SUBJECT – Mathematics / Biology (Any one) / Psychology / Informatics Practices (I.P.) (Any one)

COMMERCE STREAM – English Core, Business Studies, Accountancy, Economics.

OPTIONAL SUBJECT – Mathematics / Informatics Practices (I.P.) / Psychology (Any One)

HUMANITIES STREAM – English Core, Economics, History, Political Science.

OPTIONAL SUBJECT – Mathematics / Informatics Practices (I.P.) / Psychology (Any One)

INSTRUCTIONS:

FOR SCIENCE STREAM, a student must secure 70% marks in Mathematics & Science.

FOR COMMERCE STREAM, a student must secure 60% marks in Mathematics & English.

FOR HUMANITIES STREAM, a student must secure 55% marks in Mathematics & English.

The School Management does not accept any form of donation for admissions and maintains a strict policy of fairness and transparency in the admission process. The school does not appoint or authorize any agents or third parties to act on our behalf for admissions. Any attempt to secure admission through fraudulent means will result in immediate cancellation of the admissions, without any further correspondence or appeal.

The Management reserves the right to admission.
